What is AirArabia's policy on traveling with pets?
Only falcons are permitted in the cabin, requiring 48-hour advance notice. One falcon per handler, or up to two falcons per extra purchased seat. Falcons are charged at triple the excess baggage rate.
What happens if my baggage is lost or damaged?
Liability is limited to USD 20 per kg, up to 20kg per passenger. For Air Arabia Maroc flights to/from Europe, liability for delayed baggage is limited to 1,288 SDRs (approximately EUR 1,600).
What baggage allowance is provided for infants?
Passengers traveling with infants under two years get one additional hand baggage up to 3kg for baby items, which must fit under the seat and be tagged at check-in.
Are there any special rules for TVs as checked baggage?
TVs 40 inches and above incur a charge of AED 150 plus handling fee. Maximum size permitted is 60 inches.
What are the size and weight limits for checked baggage?
Maximum weight per piece is 32kg. Size limits are 158cm total dimensions for UAE/Egypt and 160cm for Morocco. Carton boxes are not accepted on Bangladesh flights.
What items are prohibited in baggage?
Prohibited items include flammable gases, explosives, radioactive materials, corrosives, cooking oils, firearms, infectious substances, and matches/lighters.
Can I purchase baggage allowance at the airport?
Yes, but only limited selections are available at the airport. It's recommended to pre-book baggage allowance during flight booking or modification.
