Small and medium equipment are permitted on flights, while large equipment requires prior approval. Small equipment can be transported free within checked baggage allowance if total dimensions don't exceed 203cm. Special approval is needed for bikes and sports guns, and all equipment must be properly packed for protection.
Can I bring a musical instrument?
Air Serbia allows musical instruments as hand luggage, checked baggage, or on a separate purchased seat. All instruments must be in protective cases for transport safety.
Can I bring a wheelchair or mobility aid?
Air Serbia accepts wheelchairs and mobility aids free of charge as checked baggage, with a limit of two items per passenger. Only manual wheelchairs and dry battery-powered aids are permitted; wet cell batteries are prohibited. Prior approval is required at least 48 hours before flight, including details of size, weight, and battery type. Battery-powered aids must be switched off with insulated poles and securely attached batteries. Early check-in (2 hours) is recommended, and different rules may apply when traveling with partner airlines.
Can I bring an urn?
Air Serbia allows urns in the passenger cabin as hand luggage, provided they stay within luggage allowance limits. The urn must be securely closed, properly packed, and stored in overhead compartments or under seats.
