Flyone allows all passengers to carry one piece of cabin luggage on board, which must fit within the size limit of 40x30x20 cm, including the wheels, handle, and lateral pockets. This hand baggage can be placed under the seat in front of you or in the overhead baggage compartment.

If your hand baggage exceeds the specified size limit, it will need to be transported as checked baggage in the airplane's luggage compartment. Additionally, a special “gate baggage fee” of 105 EUR will be charged at the boarding gate for any hand luggage that exceeds the allowed size.

If your luggage exceeds the free baggage allowance, it will be considered excess luggage and will be subject to additional fees. These fees vary based on the weight and time of payment.

What are the excess luggage fees?

Small (up to 20 kg):

  • Pre-registration: 35-40 EUR per piece
  • At the airport: 70-80 EUR per piece

Standard (up to 25 kg):

  • Pre-registration: 40-45 EUR per piece
  • At the airport: 80-90 EUR per piece

Heavier (up to 30 kg):

  • Pre-registration: 50-60 EUR per piece

Can I combine the weight of multiple luggage pieces?

No, each piece of luggage is considered separately, and the weight cannot be combined. Each piece is charged according to the above fees.

What if I exceed the weight or size limit for my checked luggage?

If you exceed the weight or size limit, you will be charged additional fees. The fee for exceeding the weight/size by up to 10 kg is 45 EUR, and for exceeding by up to 20 kg, the fee is 80 EUR. These fees are non-refundable.

Are there any special allowances for babies or children?

Children under 2 years old are allowed one folding stroller and up to 10 kg of luggage, with dimensions of 50x40x25 cm.

What items are allowed in my hand luggage?

You may carry one hand luggage piece within the size limit of 40x30x20 cm. Additionally, items like coats, umbrellas, cameras, and crutches are allowed in limited amounts. For children, baby food and a small basket are permitted. Passengers with limited mobility may carry a wheelchair or crutches.

Can I travel with my bicycle?

Non-motorized bicycles (including racing or tandem bicycles) are allowed. The bicycle must be packed according to the following: fix the handlebars parallel to the frame, disassemble the pedals, and deflate the tires. You must pack them in a suitable container for transport.

What if I want to bring fishing equipment?

Fishing equipment consists of a box for accessories, a bag or basket for clothes, and a fishing rod. It must be properly packed to prevent damage during the flight.

Are there extra charges for transporting sport equipment?

Yes, sport equipment (up to 30 kg) has the following fees:

  • Pre-registration: 60 EUR per piece
  • At the airport: 120 EUR per piece

How can I transport my pet on a Flyone flight?

Flyone only accepts dogs and cats in the cabin with prior agreement. The pet must be transported in a special container, with a maximum weight of 8 kg, and the dimensions must not exceed 115 cm (50x40x25 cm). A fee of 70 EUR applies for transporting pets, and they are not included in the free luggage weight limit.

What are the conditions for transporting pets?

Pets must meet the following conditions:

  • Be healthy, clean, and non-pregnant.
  • Not disturb passengers.
  • Be transported in an appropriate container, which allows the animal to sit, turn, and lie down naturally.
  • Pets must be booked at least 24 hours prior to flight and can only travel in the cabin, not in the luggage department.
