Standard Allowance:Each passenger has a standard free baggage allowance of 23kg. Any bag exceeding this weight will incur an excess baggage fee of CHF 15 per additional kilogram. No single piece of baggage may exceed 32kg under any circumstances.

Pre-Purchased Additional Allowance:Passengers can increase their baggage allowance before their flight by paying a flat fee. There are two options:

  • Increase to 32kg for CHF 80 per passenger per flight
  • Increase to 46kg for CHF 150 per passenger per flight

Important Notes: These increased allowances must be purchased at least 24 hours before departure, either online or through customer services. Payment must be made by credit card. The increased allowance is not available on flights to or from Pristina, Skopje, and Ohrid. The fee is non-refundable even if the actual baggage weight is less than the purchased allowance. If baggage exceeds the pre-purchased allowance, the standard rate of CHF 15 per excess kilogram will apply at check-in.
