What is your policy on smart baggage?
Smart baggage with non-removable lithium batteries is banned. If the battery can be removed and complies with our Lithium Ion Batteries Policy, it's allowed. Smart features include GPS tracking, charging capabilities, and electronic locks.
Can I bring special sports equipment on my flight?
Yes, items like bicycles, diving equipment, and surfboards are allowed as Special Baggage, with a maximum size of 277cm and weight of 20kg. Additional fees apply, and only one piece can be purchased online.
Are pets allowed on HK Express flights?
